about

let's fix something together

Snapfix is the worlds simplest photo-based teamwork platform for managing buildings.

our
why

I originally built Snapfix to solve my own problem - to help me manage a number of buildings which always required ongoing management and maintenance.

I have always been obsessed with simplicity, so I designed Snapfix to be the simplest task management solution on the planet. We use photos, tags and traffic lights - concepts that everyone in the world understands.

The beauty of Snapfix is that photos, tags and traffic lights allows for infinite uses.

I would love to hear how you use Snapfix.

what
we are
building

Snapfix is creating the future of teamwork. Globally.

We’re working with buildings, infrastructure and equipment.
We’re already making teams more organised and efficient.
We’re obsessed with simplicity.

When we were designing Snapfix, we knew it needed to be as simple as WhatsApp.

So we designed it using Photos, Tags and Messaging.

We added our simple “Red, Yellow and Green” traffic lights, to show the progress of each task.

Our vision is for Snapfix is to be “THE” tool used globally to manage and maintain buildings, infrastructure and equipment.

We believe that the traffic light is the universal symbol of teamwork (thus, our logo).

Our aim is to delight our customers and deliver overwhelming value.
